Abnormal result (too low value) | The cuff position is not correct; speaking or body movement during testing; body posture was incorrect | Correct the body posture, apply the cuff correctly, and please stay calm during the measurement. For detailed operation, please consult the instructions. |
Unable to inflate | Cuff leakage or incorrect device placement on the cuff | Correct the device position. Check cuff for damage. |
Unable to test | Incorrect device placement or low device battery | Check if the BioVU device is placed correctly and check the device battery. |

Unable to measure | Insufficient contact with the sensor, too much pressure on the sensor | Lightly press the middle finger on the device.
Check for any obstacles or debris between your fingertip pulp and the sensor.
Use another finger to Measure. Make sure the finger is covering the blood-oxygen sensor light during the process sensor.
